Yes. All Fixed LTE packages can be upgraded or downgraded via your Client Control Panel. Note that package changes will only be effective on the 1st of the following month, regardless of when in the month the request is made or whether it is an upgrade or downgrade. This is a restriction from our provider.

Speed is reliant on your coverage and which router you use. If your coverage is great, you will get great speeds.

Your sim card and router will get delivered to you by courier and usually takes 3-5 business days.

Yes our Fixed LTE products does have AUP.
Check the product description whether your product has a limit.
Once AUP limit is reached, speed will change to 2Mbps.
